Sunday, 2/18: No Yoga; Open Gym 11:00-12:30PM
Monday, 2/19 (President’s Day): WODs at 9AM, 12PM, 4:30PM, & 5:30PM
With a 20:00 clock:
Partner A: 400m Run or 500m Row (choice)
Partner B: 3 Rope Climbs, then AMRAP of Squat Clean Thrusters (Clusters) (135/95) until partner finishes Run/Row
Must tag hands to switch. Count total number of Clusters completed as a PAIR and record as score.
