Double-Unders (practice/review & 1-Minute Max)

Conditioning – Partner WOD

With a partner (try to choose a partner with similar 1-minute max results):

AMRAP 18 minutes (with clock running UP):

Partner 1: Accumulate 1 minute Plank Hold or Hollow Hold
Partner 2: Max Double-Unders (can only work while partner 1 is in active plank/hollow hold)

At the 6:00 and 12:00, both partners must pause where they are and perform 10 synchronized burpees before continuing

Score is total DUs completed between the pair (keep a running count!)
