Special Reminder: Weekend Schedule at CFIL during the CrossFit Games Open (February 25 – March 26)
Saturdays:
- 8:00AM — Regular WOD, open to all members. The WOD will end by 8:45AM, but you are welcome to stay and cool-down and/or stay to cheer on those participating in the Open!
- 9:00-11:00 (est.)AM — CrossFit Games Open WOD. Be sure to register at games.crossfit.com to help us represent CFIL locally, and to make sure your participation points count for the Intramural competition!
Sundays:
- 9:30-11:00AM Yoga — open to all members! Will include an emphasis on poses and movements to help you recover from that weekend’s Open WOD
- 11:30AM-12:30PM — Open WOD Make-Up (gym available starting at 11:00AM for warm-up / Open Gym)
