Last weekend of the Open! For those doing the Open workout on Sunday, remember that the gym will be open following our 9:30AM Yoga class starting at 11AM for warm-up, with briefing to be held at 11:30AM and first heat starting shortly thereafter!

10 Air Squats + 6 Burpees
2) E2MOM for 6′:
200m Run + 15 KB Swings
3) EMOM for 6′:
10 Wall Balls + 6 Med Ball Sit-Ups
4) E2MOM for 6′:
200m Run + 15 KB Sumo Deadlifts
