REMINDER! Saturday schedule is as follows: 8:00AM regular WOD, 9:00-10:30AM “18.6” (1 Rep Max Press, Front Squat, Deadlift). Reserve for either class in Wodify. Brunch potluck to follow 18.6, please bring a food or beverage item to share as we celebrate an amazing Open season!

General WOD (8AM)

NOTE: For those who did Friday’s WOD, you may (are encouraged to) sub out the pull-ups for one of these options (or a combination):
