Partner A (work can be done in any order):
1 Rope Climb (scale to 1 Get-Up/Lower)
10 Toes to Bar
20 Walking Lunge Steps w/ OH Plate (45# everyone, scale wt. as needed)
Partner B: 400m Run
Both partners must finish their part and tag hands before switching. If you finish before your partner at any point, rest.
Score is total Rounds + Reps of the “Part A” work as a team. For example, if each partner completes 4 individual rounds even of the rope climb/TTB/lunges, score is 8 rounds + 0 reps.
