Today we will all be joining Coach Jara in completing one of the four 2016 Masters Qualifier workouts! At both of our 8AM and 9AM WODs today we will be running the workout in two heats to create a fun, supportive, and competitive atmosphere!
Coach Jara herself will be completing this WOD for the Masters Qualifier after the 9am WOD, around 10:00am — you are invited to stay and cheer for her and/or jump into her heat to keep her company instead!
