Every 3 minutes, for 12 minutes (4 rounds):

8 Deadlifts @ 55-60% of 1RM
10 Alternating Pistols or Box Step-Ups (x 5 each leg)

Conditioning Partner WOD

“Fresh Air”

With a 22:00 clock:

Buy-In: 1-Mile Run (together)

then AMRAP in remaining time of:

4 Rope Climbs (scale: 4 Get-Ups/Lowers)
40 DB Snatch (45+ / 30+)

Rope Climbs and DB Snatch are partitioned as desired, 1 person working at a time. Record Rounds + Reps completed as a pair.
