20 Calorie Row
10 Push Press (75/55)
10 Box Jump (24/20)
10 KB Swings (AHAP)
10 Wall Balls (20/14 to 10’/9′ targets)
Athlete 1 starts on the rower, when done Athlete 2 follows, then Athlete 3. Time stops when all athletes are done with all movements. Scale individually as needed.
