“Me Three”

In teams of 3, dividing all reps as desired (one person working at a time).

For Time (32′ CAP):

100 Pull-Ups
100 Thrusters (75/55)
80 Box Jump-Overs (24/20)
80 Front Squats (95/65)
60 Toes to Bar
60 Back Squats (115/80)
40 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
40 Clusters (135/95)

Teams should use one barbell if possible, adding weight for each of the 4 barbell movements.
