11) HSPU (scale: negatives or DB press)
12) Reverse burpees
13) BB Front Squats
14) BB Power Cleans
15) BB Push Jerk (all BB movements at same weight; scale with DBs)
16) Dips
17) Pull-ups
18) TTB
19) Wall balls
20) Ball slams
