“Bumper Boats”
In teams of 3-4, complete 4 Rounds for Time of:
500m Row
25 Sit-Ups
20 Single-Arm DB Push Jerks (alternate arms as desired — choose a heavyish weight)
15 Burpees
Everyone starts on the row, follow the person in front of you. Only one team member per station at a time; must wait for person in front of you to advance to the next station before you can advance to theirs. Time stops when all team members finish all 4 rounds.
