“Intermittent Snatching”

EMOM 25′ as follows:

EMOM 5′: Power Snatch x 5 reps

EMOM 5′: 30 Double-Unders

EMOM 5′: Hang Power Snatch x 5 reps

EMOM 5′: 30 Double-Unders

EMOM 5′: Hang Squat Snatch x 3 reps

NOTES: All snatches are NOT for speed — do not need to be unbroken — reset and rest as needed so you can successfully complete the number of reps within each minute. Use the SAME WEIGHT for all three movements — suggested is between 60-70% of your max snatch, or something that will be challenging but feasible to do for all reps — and record this as your score for the WOD.
