“Partner ‘Triple 3′”

With a partner (one person working at a time), complete for time:

3000m Row (as 12 x 250m – alternating)
300 Double-Unders (divide as desired)
3-Mile Run (see below*)

*Run is done as 4 total rounds of:
Partner A – 400m (moderate pace)
Partner B – 400m (moderate pace)
Partner A – 200m (fast pace)
Partner B – 200m (fast pace)

Scaling Options (can scale one, two, or all three of the movements – determine before you start):
2000m Row (as 8 x 250m – alternating)
300 Single-Unders (divide as desired)
2.25-Mile Run – 3 total rounds of series above
