“True Grit”

For Time (20′ CAP):

150 Wall Balls (20/14 to 10’/9′)

Every time you break (any pause in the downward movement after receiving the ball counts as a break – whether the ball is dropped or not), perform:

200m Run OR 250m Row
15 American KB Swings (53/35)

Choose a ball weight that allows for BIG sets — i.e., you should be aiming for at least 30 reps on the first set and sets no less than 15 thereafter

Lax Ball Inner Quad
