“72 and a Mile”
In teams of 3-4, follow the person in front of you to complete for time:
16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2:
Calories Bike or Ski Erg (alternate each round)
KB Clean & Push Press (53/35)
Med Ball (Squat) Cleans (20/14)
Parallette Jump-Overs (over & back = 1 rep)
200m Run after each round
Team’s time starts when first athlete begins the bike/ski (next athlete starts once first athlete moves onto the KBs), and ends when last person finishes the final 200m run

Accumulate 2 minutes in a dead hang on the pull-up bar
