Rounds of “Cindy” (5 Pull-Ups, 10 Push-Ups, 15 Air Squats)

Scale pull-ups to ring rows today, rather than jumping pull-ups. Good form on all movements, scale push-ups as appropriate to achieve full ROM.

Cash-Out / Cool Down

1st Rib Mobilization (with lax ball, against rig or on floor with PVC pipe)

Lat Smash (foam roller or lax ball)
