Each interval is intended to be performed with as much INTENSITY as possible… this is why it says “Sprint” instead of “Run” and there is 3 Mins. of rest between each! Thrusters do not need to be unbroken, but consider what weights will allow you to keep intensity high. Scale weights & run distance as needed.
