A large noon class from a few weeks ago getting in a good barbell warm-up!


1) Sunday Open Gym will be held again tomorrow,¬†7/26 from 9-11am — it’s a great time to get in a missed lift or workout, work on a skill, or do some mobility. Join us!

2) Barbell Club will now be held on Mondays at 7:30pm in addition to Wednesdays at 7:30pm. All members are welcome — come spend some time honing your technique on the snatch and clean & jerk and get stronger!


Partner WOD

AMRAP in 20 minutes:

10 Toes to Bar – partner hangs on bar while other is working

20 Power Snatch (85/55) – partner holds plank while other is working

30 Partner Wall Balls (20/14) – alternating throw/catch

200m Run with Wall Ball (together)

*Other than run, numbers are total reps between both partners – partition as desired.
