Conditioning Partner WOD

“Welcome To Your 20s”

For Time:

One partner rows 20 calories while the other partner completes 20 reps of the assigned movement (reps do not need to be unbroken!). When both partners are done, switch; repeat this sequence for all 5 rounds. *Each partner should end up rowing 100 calories and completing 20 reps of each movement*

Round 1: 20 Power Cleans (135/95)
Round 2: 20 Front Squats (135/95)
Round 3: 20 Push Jerks (135/95)
Round 4: 20 Front Rack Alternating Lunges (135/95)
Round 5: 20 Bar-Facing Burpees

Scaling options:
-115/75 or less
-15 reps / calories

Cash-Out

3 Rounds:
Side Plank – 30 sec/side
Ring Static Hold – accumulate 30 seconds
