1) OPEN GYM this Sunday, 9-11am! Come get in a missed workout or lift or just do some mobility!

2) Don’t forget, Barbell class is now offered both Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30pm. All experience levels are welcome – come hone your Olympic lift technique and get stronger!
