Conditioning Partner WOD

“Two-Faced”

For Time:

WOD 1:
20 – 15 – 10
Wall Balls (20/14 to 10’/9′)
Burpees

WOD 2:
20 – 15 – 10
American KB Swings (53/35)
Box Jump-Overs (24/20″)

+ 400m Run (together) after each round

Format: Partner 1 completes the round of 20 reps for WOD 1 while Partner 2 does the same for WOD 2. When both are finished, they run 400m together. Then, Partner 1 completes the round of 20 reps for WOD 2 while Partner 2 does the same for WOD 1, running 400m together again when finished. Repeat for the rounds of 15 and 10 reps. Both partners end up doing all reps of both WODs and running 6 x 400m. Time stops when both partners finish the sixth and final run.
