Conditioning Team WOD
In teams of 3, complete the following for time:
800m run
100 weighted box step-ups (M:25-30 / W:15-20)
400m run
100 Russian twists w/ plate (M:25/W:15)
200m run
100 ball slams (M:25+; W:15+)
Perform all runs together passing an 8 or 10 lb. med ball between team members. All other movements are one person working at a time, partition as desired.
