“Love Boat”

With a running clock to 25:00…

800m “Floater” Row*** plus AMRAP of:

2 Rounds “Cindy” (Each round = 5 Pull-Ups, 10 Push-Ups, 15 Air Squats)
+
1 Round “DT” (Each round = 12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Power Cleans, 6 Push Jerks at 155/105)

The 2 Cindy rounds and 1 DT round equal one “Love Boat” Round. Score is total Love Boat Rounds + additional reps. (For example, if you complete 5 Love Boat Rounds plus 2 additional rounds of Cindy, your score would be 5 rounds + 60 reps.)

***The “Floater” 800m Row may be done at ANY point in the WOD, but all athletes MUST start the row before the 20:00 mark
