SUNDAY 2/12 at CFIL:

9:30-11:00 AM — Yoga with Cristin! Come work on your mobility and flexibility. No prior yoga experience needed!

11:00-11:30AM — Gym will be open for warm-up / mobility / socializing / etc.

11:30AM — Fundraiser WOD for Cycle for Survival! The WOD will be appropriate and FUN for all levels so please bring friends or family, no CrossFit experience needed! Suggested donation is $20//pp, all donations go to Memorial Sloan Kettering for Rare Cancer treatment and research.
