FAQs
Do I need prior Yoga experience? Nope! The class will cater to all levels of experience.
What type of Yoga will we practice? It will be a flow style, focusing on hip and shoulder openers. Read more about this session’s instructor, Gina, below.

I’m in! What do I need to bring to class? Bring a yoga mat if you have one (or towel), water, and wear comfortable workout gear.
About the Instructor

Gina Robinson
Gina began practicing yoga in 2008 to help with knee pain from running. She found that her yoga practice helped relieve her physical pain as well as allowed her focus her thoughts and clear her mind. Drawn in by the question “why does yoga work” she took the Yoga District 200 Hour Teacher Training in 2013 not knowing whether she wanted to teach or to simply deepen her practice and understanding. Once she completed the training she began volunteering at a low income senior home teaching yoga twice a week. Gina now practices Ashtanga yoga, and loves to share the beauty of this practice with all her students. Gina loves to brings elements from this practice to all her classes and looks forward to continuing her education and deepening her knowledge as both a student and a teacher. She enjoys a high energy active class with variations for students of all levels.
