“Hard Pass”

3 Rounds for Time (30′ CAP):

1000m Row
12 DB Strict Press, each arm
12 Strict Pull-Ups

Complete with a partner – one person rows while other does the other two movements, then switch once both partners are finished. Time stops when BOTH partners have completed 3 full rounds.

Use a weight for DB press that is very challenging last several reps
