Deadlift (5 Rep Max)
15 Min. to find TODAY’s best 5-Rep Max. Maximum 8 sets (includes warm-up sets). Take plenty of rest between last couple of sets!
Conditioning
AMRAP 6 minutes:
5 Deadlifts (225/155)
10 Burpees
Cash-Out & Cool-Down
4 Rounds:
15 sec. Hanging L-Sit Hold or Knees Up (any grip)
20 V-Ups / Tuck-Ups / Sit-Ups
Rest 30 seconds between rounds
Then:
30 sec. Downward Dog
30 sec. Upward Dog
1 minute Lower Back Stretch – Knees to Chest (laying down on ground)
