Thanksgiving Week Schedule!

Thursday, 11/24 (Thanksgiving): 9:30AM WOD ONLY

Friday, 11/25: 9:00AM and 4:30PM WODs
Saturday, 11/26: Normal schedule (8:00AM and 9:00AM WODs)
Sunday, 11/27: No Yoga; Open Gym will be held  11:00AM-12:30PM



15-20 minutes for Jump Rope technique, tips, drills, and Single-Under/Double-Under progressions & practice

then, either:

200 DUs for Time (6′ CAP)

300 SUs for Time (6′ CAP)

Cash-Out Metcon

~15 minutes to complete 4-5 Rounds NOT FOR TIME:

HEAVY Sled Push (down & back 1st to 3rd poles)
12 Back Extensions or Barbell Good Mornings
6 Strict Toes to Bar
