Join us for our own version of a Thanksgiving “meal” this morning at CFIL! WOD at 9:00AM, Open Gym from 10:00-11:00AM.
DROP-INS: Out of town visitors and member guests (experienced CrossFitters only) who would like to drop-in for any WOD or Open Gym time this Thanksgiving weekend must register online before class. Space is limited in classes; to ensure you will have a spot please do not just show up to the gym. Please note on the portal that the registration information and waiver must be filled out under the person’s name who is dropping in.

For Time (35′ CAP):
APPETIZER
800m Run – perform 40 Air Squats at halfway mark (Blue Volvo door)
MAIN COURSE
3 Rounds of:
30 Mountain Climbers (each side, knee touches arm each rep)
20 Burpees
Then, 3 Rounds of:
20 Push-Ups
30 Hollow Rocks
DESSERT
800m Run – perform 40 Air Squats at halfway mark (Blue Volvo door)
SECOND HELPING OF DESSERT (YOU GO, GLEN COCO)
If you finish under 30:00, run an additional 800m! (optional- not for time)
