Conditioning Partner WOD

“Deconstructed 15.5”

With a partner, working on opposite movements at all times, complete 6 Rounds EACH for Time of:

12 Calorie Row
12 Thrusters (95/65)

Scale WEIGHT: 65/45 or less only! If you might normally choose 75-85 (men) / 55 (women), either try the Rx weights (encouraged if you’re close!) or scale down to 65/45. These are consistent with the Open 15.5 Rx and Scaled weights.
Scale VOLUME (newer athletes): 9 Cals/9 Thrusters

Cool-Down

5-10 MINS HIP RECOVERY, CHOOSE ONE OR BOTH:

Couch Stretch 2 mins/side

AND/OR

Side Hip Smash w/ Lax Ball – 2 mins/side (steps & photos in Wodify)
