“Making Mountains”

5 Rounds for Time (25′ CAP):

30 (ea side) Mountain Climbers (knee to elbow)
20 Ball Slams
5 DB Man-Makers
100m***Single KB Suitcase Carry (alternate hands as desired)

Record all weights used to comments. No prescribed weights – ball and DB should be moderate, KB should be heavy.

***If performing carry indoors, note that equivalent distance is 8 lengths (320 ft.)

Lax Ball – Lat Smash
