Remember, no evening classes today — we’re running our regular Thursday morning schedule with WODs at 6am, 7am, and 9:45am! The gym is CLOSED TOMORROW for Christmas Day and will reopen for a 10am WOD ONLY on Saturday (no 8am/9am/Kids classes).

Complete like the song: do 1, then 2 and 1, then 3-2-1, etc. all the way up to 12-1.
Ex. On the 1st day of Christmas, my coaches gave to me, one Heavy Sled Push; on the 2nd day of Christmas my coaches gave to me, 2 Strict Dips and 1 Heavy Sled Push; on the 3rd day of Christmas, my coaches gave to me, 3 Strict Pull-Ups, 2 Strict Dips, and 1 Heavy Sled Push; etc.
