7 rounds of each couplet for total time:

1 Power Clean
2 Over the Bar Burpees

1 Front Rack Back-Step Lunge, each leg
2 Over the Bar Burpees

1 Front Squat
2 Over the Bar Burpees

1 Thruster
2 Over the Bar Burpees

Complete all 7 rounds of the first couplet before moving to the second, etc. All movements at same weight and all start from the floor.
