Clean & Jerk Complex (1 complex, every 2 min for 12 min (6 sets))

Each complex = 1 Power Clean (from floor) + 1 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk. Start at ~50% of your 1RM Power Clean, may ascend if form is good. Focus on great technique for all 3 movements!
