Conditioning Benchmark WOD
“Pick Your Own Beep Test”
EMOM for 12′ complete:
1 to 8 Pull-Ups
1 to 8 Thrusters (95/65)
1 to 8 Burpees Over the Bar
EXPLANATION: Prior to each round (minute), pick the # of reps you will perform for each movement during that round from 1 to 8. For example, if you pick 5, you will do 5 pull-ups, 5 thrusters, 5 burpees over the bar in one minute. You can pick a different number each round and you can go up and down as you choose. However, if you ever fail to make all the reps for your chosen within the minute, you score 0 for that round. The goal is to get the highest score you can, without getting any 0’s. Challenge yourself, but utilize some strategy!
SCORE: Your score is the SUM of the numbers you chose (and made) for each of the 12 rounds (max score = 96, which is 8s for all 12 rounds).
