Strength

Push Jerk (5×5 (same wt. across) @ ~60-70% 1RM)

Perform 2-3 warm-up sets of 3-5 reps before starting working sets.

NOTE: We will be increasing this weight over the next several weeks so keep it at or below 70% of your 1RM.

Conditioning

EMOM 8 minutes:

5 Clean & Jerks + 5 Push-Ups

Score is C&J weight. Choose a weight that will be most challenging for you for all sets while still being able to make every interval.
