10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:

Bench Press (ascending weight)
Strict Ring Pull-Ups

This is not for time. Rest as needed between movements and sets, sharing benches, barbells, and rings.

All bench press sets should be a challenging weight for that number of reps. Record the AVERAGE weight used as your score (sum weights used for all sets, divide by 10)
