INTRAMURAL OPEN CLOSEOUT!

The final scores are in and Team Mother Thrusters has officially won our first inaugural Intramural Open! Both teams are to be commended for their team spirit, creativity, effort, and performances over the last five weeks. 

To close out our 2017 Open season, MARK YOUR CALENDARS for our own Open “17.6” — Friday, April 7th at 6:00PM — wear your team OPEN shirts for one last fun throwdown WOD, with happy hour to follow!


Strength

Front Squat (4 x 10 @ 45-50%)

Every 3 minutes, for 12 minutes (4 rounds):

10 Front Squats @ 45-50% of 1RM (all sets at SAME weight) (may go out of the rack or from the floor)
10 Single-Leg KB RDLs (5 each leg)

Conditioning

2 Rounds for Reps:

2 Mins. Max Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24/20) (two-foot jump)
2 Mins. Max DB Snatch (50/35) (alternate arms as desired)
2 Mins. Max Ring Rows
2 Mins. REST

Count & record total consecutive reps for each round. Try to maintain or beat your score on the second round!
