A: Press in Split (3 x 5, ascending)
Get into your split jerk catch position and perform a press from that position. Can be from front rack or behind the neck. Focus is more on positioning over load.
B: Split Jerk (5 x 3, ascending)
Building upon the weight you ended on in the press, and can build throughout the 5 sets. Focus is on ensuring you are landing in the same position you just pressed in.
C: Metcon (No Measure)
