Hang Snatch Complex (8 sets)

1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat + 1 Snatch Balance + quick reset + 1 Hang Squat Snatch

Perform 1 complex every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes.

Athletes for whom these movements are very new should start very light and focus on technique. More experienced athletes may start at a moderate weight and ascend to a heavy complex (1 complex = 1 rep)
