Conditioning

“Just Make It”

Every 1:15, for 12 intervals, alternating between:

1- 16/14 Calorie Row (must finish under 1:00)
2- 8 KB Goblet Squats + 6 KB Front Rack Reverse Lunges (3/side) + 4 Burpees Over the KB (53+/35+)

Score = Number of intervals successfully made (maximum is 12)
