If you’re planning to participate – whether solo or with a partner or two – in our traditional Memorial Day “Murph” (and you should if you’re in town!), use today’s WOD to practice different movement modifications as appropriate. If intending to/thinking about wearing a weight vest on Memorial Day, strongly encourage you to do so today to practice!

“Murph Meat Menu”

30 Air Squats
