15 Minutes to complete 5 working sets.

All should feel at least moderately heavy, building to find a heavy set of 5. Control the descent on all reps (no dropping)


Core Stabilization Finisher

3 Rounds:
40 ft. Bottoms Up KB Waiters Walk – RIGHT*
40 ft. Bottoms Up KB Waiters Walk – LEFT*
30 seconds per side of Banded Pallof Hold

*If walking is too challenging, perform 20-30-second holds instead
