WEEKEND HOLIDAY SCHEDULE! 

Friday 7/3:  Open Gym 8:00am-10:00am and 4:30-5:30pm, WOD 9:00am ONLY. Regular Friday classes are cancelled. 

Saturday 7/4-Sunday 7/5: No classes or Open Gym.

Regular classes resume Monday 7/6. Have a happy and safe 4th of July!

Strength

Clean Pull (warm up 3×5, then 5-3-2 increasing weight)

Add 5-10 lbs to working weights from previous week
