Conditioning

For Time:

3 x 800m Run (hill route – Volvo door)

Rest 2 minutes between each run.

Each run starts & ends at bay door, under the clock. Record final finish time.

SCALED OPTION:
4 x 400m Run, same 2 mins rest between each

Cash-Out

50 Hollow Rocks or GHD Sit-Ups

Cool-Down

Downward/Upward Dog, 1 min
Calf Stretch, 1 min/side
Pigeon Pose, 1 min/side
Straddle Against Wall (2+ mins)
