Strength

Back Squat (6 x 2 (last 3 sets at 85-90%))

Conditioning

“Hands Up, Feet Up”

40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, for 10 rounds – alternating between:

1- 10 Burpees
2- Max Toes to Bar

Count TTB consecutively throughout –score is total reps TTB

Rx = no missed rounds (10 burpees every round)

 

Cool-Down

3-4 sets:
15 sec. Downward Dog
15 sec. Upward Dog
15 sec. Child’s Pose
