Strength
Deadlift (warm-up then 5×3 @ SAME weight)
Linear progression – add weight from last week. [If first week on progression, start at no more than 60% of 1RM.]
Conditioning
4 Rounds:
AMRAP 2 minutes:
10 Unbroken Wall Balls (to 10’/9′ target on all reps) (20/14 – choose weight accordingly)
8 Toes to Bar (scale to hanging straight leg raise or knees up)
6 Push-ups
**Rest 1 minute between rounds**
Record total # REPS completed for each round (24 reps per round)
