Tips on Rowing Technique

As the days get colder, darker and shorter you might find that rowing shows up more often in the WOD. Did any of you skip Thursday’s WOD on purpose? Don’t be afraid of rowing, it’s a great conditioning tool! If you give yourself a goal, you can think about making those technique improvements, and less about sucking wind!
