“Good Vibrations”

5 rounds, for max reps:

1 Min. Toes to Bar
1 Min. Power Cleans (135/95)
1 Min. Burpees over the Barbell
1 Min. Rest

Record total reps completed for each of the 5 rounds (3 minutes of work). (Tip: count consecutively across to make it easier on yourself and avoid math!)


2-3 Rounds (4-6 Mins):
Seated Shoulder Extension – 1:00 hold
Downward / Upward Dog – 1:00 flow
